1. The service

BandVisa provides AI-assisted English test practice — timed writing tasks, automated scoring and feedback — plus informational guides about English tests. Core practice features are free; fair-use limits (such as a daily number of AI gradings) apply so the service stays available to everyone.

2. Scores are estimates

Practice scores and feedback are careful estimates generated by AI against publicly documented scoring criteria. They are for practice and progress-tracking only. They are not official results, and we make no guarantee that your official score in any test will match your BandVisa score. BandVisa is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the IELTS Partners, Pearson, ETS, Duolingo, the University of Oxford, LanguageCert or any test provider. All trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. One account per person.
• You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — for example automated submissions, attempts to overload the AI, or submitting unlawful content.

4. Your content

You own the writing you submit. You give us permission to process it (including via our AI providers) to grade it and operate the service. Practice prompts and model answers on BandVisa are original content owned by Borders & Bridges — please don't republish them.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borders & Bridges is not liable for indirect losses — including test outcomes, admission or visa decisions — arising from use of BandVisa. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Changes

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
